The source determines the subject, pose, perspective, and composition. The generator changes its visual treatment through blocks and a reduced palette. This makes it useful for exploring several looks from the same photograph while keeping the underlying scene recognizable. Crop or retouch the source first if that scene needs to change.
A decorative social image can tolerate more texture than a small interface icon. Inspect the conversion at its expected display size, paying attention to expression and silhouette.
