No. The browser conversion and PNG download are available without an account. Any optional AI enhancement is a separate workflow with its own requirements.
It is a flattened image, not a sprite sheet or animation. Check canvas size, background, palette, and game-engine requirements before using it as an asset.
Ten-pixel blocks and a 16-color palette provide a starting point for many photographs and simple illustrations. They are not a universal best setting. A large source with a small subject may need a closer crop, while a compact illustration may need smaller blocks to keep its distinctive details.
The tool reduces the image to block shapes and a sampled palette, giving you a quick visual interpretation. It does not deliberately place every cell as a pixel artist would. For a polished character sprite or icon, inspect contours and isolated colors in an editor after downloading the reference.
The download is a flat PNG. Photos are processed at up to 2200 pixels on the longest edge, then rounded down to complete blocks. Pixel size controls each block, not a target canvas such as 32×32. Keep your original for later edits.
