The workflow produces a flattened raster effect from an image the browser can load. It does not preserve vector paths, layers, or editable objects.
Try larger blocks or a smaller palette, then apply again. A detailed image displayed very small can hide the difference between neighboring block cells.
A small block setting can look almost photographic when a large image is reduced to fit a screen. View the whole result as well as a close detail. Increase Pixel size only as far as necessary for the effect to remain clear in the final layout.
Every raster photograph already consists of pixels. This tool makes groups of those pixels visually apparent and reduces the color palette for a stylized result. It does not measure CSS pixels, resize to a chosen width, or convert physical dimensions. Use a resizing tool when exact output dimensions are the requirement.
The download is a flat PNG. Photos are processed at up to 2200 pixels on the longest edge, then rounded down to complete blocks. Pixel size controls each block, not a target canvas such as 32×32. Keep your original for later edits.
